All fees are paid to the school at the time of registration. The court diversion fee and state fees shall be disbursed by the school to the appropriate court and state agencies.
The court diversion fee is refundable only at each court’s discretion. You must contact the court of jurisdiction that issued your citation for further refund information pertaining to your individual situation.
The state fee and state surcharge are non-refundable once you begin the course with exceptions to this rule made only at the discretion of the Supreme Court of Arizona.
School enrollment fees will be refunded (a $15 processing fee will be applied) to any student who cancels the enrollment contract prior to starting the course. Once a student begins the course of instruction, they are no longer eligible for a refund of the school enrollment fees.
All refunds will be issued within 30 days after the effective date of enrollment termination. You must contact the school directly to request a refund. All refunds must be requested within 12 months of initial payment. After 12 months, no refunds will be issued, and fees cannot be transferred or applied to another ticket.
